Data Deletion Policy
Effective date: April 14, 2026
1. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We are committed to honoring these requests in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
2. What Gets Deleted
Upon request, the following data will be permanently deleted: your account information (name, email, password), ad campaign data and analytics, AI-generated content and insights, connected platform OAuth tokens, and usage logs.
3. What's Retained
The following data is retained as required by law: billing and invoice records, and anonymized aggregate analytics that cannot be linked to your identity.
4. How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion by: emailing support@vincomerces.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or through Facebook's data deletion request (processed automatically via our callback endpoint).
5. Processing Timeframe
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
6. Confirmation
Once your data has been deleted, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that deletion is irreversible.
7. Facebook Data Deletion
If you connected your Facebook account to VinCo Ads Manager, you can request data deletion through Facebook's settings. Our system will automatically process the deletion request via Facebook's data deletion callback.
